The case is still there, and possibly these components could be made- that would be expensive. The missing parts of the case are a problem indeed. In fact, I have some doubts as to whether it's really an Omega. I have not been able to identify the caliber nor model. Unfortunately the watch isn't in great shape as it's missing its small seconds hand, crystal and top cover. ![]() The movement is about 28 mm in diameter, features 17 jewels, a swan neck regulator and rather nice decoration. It appears to be a gold plated Omega in a hunter case, which may originally have been a ladies watch which he used during his youth. I recently inherited my grandfather's pocket watch. ![]()
